I provide individual and couples therapy. For those who are interested in individual therapy for trauma, you may choose to engage in traditional weekly therapy, or you may want to do an Individual Trauma Therapy Intensive. For those of you interested in couples counseling, we will begin with a Couples Therapy Intensive, and you may then choose to engage in monthly maintenance sessions.
